Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, is seeking a Supply Chain Process & Systems Specialist in Duluth, GA. You will own material readiness, inventory control, ERP planning integrity, and FEM compliance to ensure on-time production and accurate inventory across cross-functional teams.

You will lead root-cause analysis, maintain ERP data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with plant leadership to optimize supply chain performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, inventory control, planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, replenishment processes, and planning parameters.
  • Experience leading corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Strong process ownership and accountability with data/system accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Own material readiness to support scheduled production; identify and resolve shortages and risks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, governance, and replenishment discipline; support annual physical inventories.
  • Maintain ERP master data and planning parameters; audit supply chain processes and controls.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring material/inventory issues; ensure sustained actions.
  • Support FEM compliance, Kanban systems, and audit documentation; drive KPI improvement.

In this role, you'll ensure production orders can start as scheduled with materials available on time and in full, while maintaining accurate inventory, disciplined replenishment processes, and stable supply chain systems. You'll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to drive material availability, inventory accuracy, and FEM audit readiness.
