Job summary

Johnson Matthey in West Deptford, NJ is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor to plan material requirements and production schedules across make-to-order, make-to-stock, and make-to-forecast workflows. You will generate long-range raw material forecasts and partner with Procurement to ensure timely supply and accurate master data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including VBA, pivot tables, and lookups, plus collaboration via Teams.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems or planning software, with strong numerical and analytical skills.

The role:
