Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking experienced Kinaxis professionals to design, configure and implement RapidResponse/Maestro solutions for clients in Life Sciences and Med Tech sectors. You will lead implementation activities, coordinate across teams, and mentor junior staff to ensure accurate, scalable supply chain planning.

Qualifications

• Functional design and configuration experience with Kinaxis.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and across teams.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Med Tech industries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand supply chain planning challenges using Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro.
• Design, configure and implement Kinaxis solutions tailored to client processes.
• Work with project teams and solution architects to develop business process designs.
• Lead implementation activities including configuration, testing (unit, end-to-end), training and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and analytics issues to ensure solution accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kinaxis-based supply chain planning implementations.
• Configure Kinaxis solutions to match client business processes.
• Coordinate with project teams and solution architects on designs.
• Conduct unit and end-to-end testing, training, and documentation.
