The ideal candidate should have over 8 years in supply chain planning and 4 years with Kinaxis RR. Kinaxis RR Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA

Job Description

We are looking for a highly talented and self‑motivated consultant to join us in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, and testing end‑to‑end supply chain planning solutions using the Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) platform and leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to solve complex supply‑chain challenges such as inventory optimization and S&OP simplification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning implementations on the Kinaxis RR platform.
• Design and deploy emerging technologies, including advanced analytics and AI, to enhance supply‑chain processes.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
• Configure and maintain Kinaxis solutions, environments, workbooks, worksheets, reports, forms, and scripts based on solution design requirements.
• Integrate Kinaxis RR with SAP and other systems.
• Support new and existing businesses and provide ongoing support and sustenance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply‑chain planning solutions such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and related areas.
• 4+ years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Strong functional and analytics knowledge in demand planning, supply & production planning, inventory optimization, constrained planning, and S&OP.
• Proficient in Kinaxis RR data management, data modeling, key control settings, analytics, and legacy data integration.
• Experience configuring Kinaxis solutions and environments, including workbooks, worksheets, reports, forms, and scripts.
• Good knowledge of Kinaxis RR integration with SAP.
• Industry knowledge in Retail/Wholesale, Retail, or Manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent business‑process knowledge and people skills for implementing Kinaxis solutions.
• Prior experience with similar planning applications (e.g., SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder) is a plus.

Education & Certifications

• UG or PG in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications: Kinaxis Rapid Response Author Level 3 / Solution Consultant Level 3 (preferred).
