Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation in Flowery Branch, GA is seeking a Supply Chain Planner II to manage supply schedules and align inventory with demand. You will collaborate with order management, demand teams, and regional stakeholders to keep materials available for operations, while mitigating constraints and monitoring open POs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of related experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

• Applies Zebra’s procedures to resolve issues and mitigate constraints impacting supply plan including capacity, transportation, and order-management errors.
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries; partner with Order Management to resolve any admin/order error(s).
• Escalate shortages within the broader supply chain organization and work to support resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communications with key cross functional stakeholders to confirm production / shipping schedules.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as a representative of the supply chain function.

What We're Looking For:

• Manages supply schedules to align inventory with customer demand.
• Collaborates with order management and demand teams to review and adjust plans.
• Resolves supply constraints and mitigates risks to ensure plan adherence.
• Manages open purchase orders to guarantee on-time deliveries.
• Purchases raw materials/tools for jobs to meet operational requirements.

The Supply Chain Planning team is responsible for securing materials used in Zebra’s operations. Supply requirements are moderated by the team to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet the demand requirements relative to forecasted levels, inventory on order and in transit from regional distribution centers, product life-cycle, quality and special customer requirements and/or projects. The team cooperates with are Global Demand Planners, Buyers, Operations, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, Helpdesk and Customer Experience Management teams. The Supply Chain Planner II has a key role in the team. Beside standard materials planning responsibilities, the person is expected to participate in continuous improvement activities of materials management processes and project management work.

Minimum Requirements:

On-site Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.

Pay Range: $61,040.00 - $91,560.00

Annual Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
