Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a supply chain-related field.
• Experience with SAP APO modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Support on-time delivery through materials management and flow coordination.
• Assist monthly forecasting and planning for long lead-time materials.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to support production schedules and customer needs.
• Manage external partner activities to meet targets and Prysmian values.
• Coordinate supply chain topics across Operations, Logistics, and Commercial.
• Monitor physical and process flows to aid planning and execution.
• Convert SAP requisitions into purchase orders and follow up.
• Maintain supplier communications and bi-monthly supplier calls.
• Resolve supplier issues promptly and collaboratively.
• Perform root cause analysis on KPIs and propose corrective actions.
