Job Description

The Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is the focal point for all supply chain activities. The planner supports execution of programs and coordination of new program/product launches. SCP assists with reporting of key performance indicators, performance data, and miscellaneous metrics. The Supply Chain Planner will identify and escalate issues as necessary.

SCP will plan, prepare, issue, and control material requirements in conjunction with the production schedule. The planner will support risk management activities impacting the value chain working with cross-functional teams. The planner ensures that contractual and internal deliveries are met in accordance with the Master Demand Schedule. SCP will utilize system and process tools to achieve program and functional goals.

1. Track material shortages for Work Order releases based on Master Demand Schedule requirements.
2. Report and communicate material risks and production impacts to key stakeholders.
3. Plan and execute production schedules to ensure a controlled flow of conforming material to meet delivery requirements.
4. Balance current and future production plans with manufacturing and program to ensure completion of customer requirements.
5. Review, action, and resolve material exception messages in advance of production impact.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning systems and processes.
• Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program or factory teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain or related field.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $55,295 - $94,001

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
