Job summary

Dungs Combustion Controls is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage the full life cycle of product availability, blending data-driven forecasting with hands-on inventory control. The role focuses on accurate demand prediction, optimal stock levels, and minimizing waste while preventing stockouts.

You will work with ERP/WMS systems and collaborate with procurement to ensure on-time material delivery. Primarily office-based in Minnesota, you will generate reports on inventory velocity, turnover,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Logistics (or 6+ years equivalent).
• 3–5 years in demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and demand planning software.
• Expert Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and BI tool experience a plus.
• ASCM certifications (CPIM or CSCP) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting: analyze historical sales, trends, and seasonality to build accurate models.
• Stock Auditing: coordinate cycle counts and reconcile inventory with digital records.
• Inventory Optimization: determine stock levels and EOQ within the MRP framework.
• Data Reconciliation: identify and fix discrepancies in MRP and WMS.
• Vendor & Sourcing Collaboration: share forecasts with procurement and vendors for on-time delivery.
• Reporting & Analytics: generate velocity, turnover, and forecast accuracy reports for leadership.
