Job Title: Supply Chain Planner
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner who will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics dashboards and streamlining planning processes. This role is task-oriented with clearly defined deliverables to achieve within the year, focusing on converting supply chain data into actionable insights to support critical decision-making.
Develop advanced analytics dashboards using Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard automation.
Streamline supply chain planning processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Utilize advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms to support project objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
3–5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or analytics.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, such as S&OP and inventory optimization.
Expert proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data modeling.
Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel.
Experience with SQL or other data tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deliver results on time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional and remote teams.
5+ years of experience in a global or multi-site supply chain environment is preferred.
Experience in project-based or contract roles.
Experience in supply chain operations and familiarity with industry-specific challenges.
Familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems, such as SAP IBP or Oracle.
Knowledge of database or scripting languages like SQL, Python, or R for advanced analysis.
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates who are able to work CST or EST hours are preferred. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and networking within a global organization, working on high-visibility projects that can strengthen your portfolio.
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
