The Technology Order Fulfillment Supply Chain Planning team is looking for a dynamic and organized planner to optimize supply for production and new product introduction. This role involves collaborating with operations, engineering, R&D, users, and global corporate management teams to develop and implement supply chain plans and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan reviews and supply balancing: Regularly review supply chain plans and balance materials to ensure supply readiness.
  • Supply and Demand management: Communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • New part setups: Coordinate and conduct new part setups to ensure smooth integration into the supply chain.
  • Operational direction: Guide operational teams to execute supply chain plans.
  • Information analysis: Gather and analyze supply chain data to make informed decisions.
  • Continuous improvement: Develop and implement ideas for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
  • New part setups: Coordinate and conduct new part setups to ensure smooth integration into the supply chain.

Qualifications

This role demands extensive knowledge and experience, along with the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to achieving objectives, a readiness to learn new skills, and a swift contribution to team success

  • Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred with relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage and create innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong business sense with a clear understanding of supply chain and planning fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
  • Must be onsite in Santa Rosa 5 Days A Week
  • Exceptionally strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • MS Office suite of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Advance MS-Excel skill preferred.
  • Experience with MS-Copilot, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis Rapid Response and web-based tools/systems.
  • Manufacturing knowledge of Bills of Material (BOM) and planning for new products.

Pay Range

USD $64,470.00 - USD $107,440.00 Year
