Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to review inbound freight and coordinate PO releases across distribution centers. You will update allocations daily and work with cross-functional partners to optimize supply plans using Oracle Fusion.

The role requires strong data analysis, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor's degree and related experience are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review inbound freight information to indicate receipt of supply at different DCs.
• Coordinate weekly PO release and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Update allocation of total supply among demand channels daily based on freight reports and projections.
• Coordinate uploading allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a schedule.
• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with supply planners, freight, procurement, CE teams.
• Document and streamline existing processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Review inbound freight information to accurately indicate receipt of supply at different DCs.
• Coordinate weekly purchase order release and troubleshoot issues that come up on a timely basis.
• Update allocation of total supply amongst different demand channels daily based on inbound freight reports, and supply projection model.
• Coordinate uploading allocation information, factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.
• Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key XFN partners (Supply planners, Freight team, Procurement team, CE team).
• Document and help streamline existing processes.

Must-Have Skills

• General supply chain experience particularly in inventory mgt is key.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills – ability to slice/dice data and make inferences/recommendations is core to this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this candidate will be working with several XFN partners as part of their daily role.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Supply planning experience – particularly with planning systems/tool (E2Open experience will be great!).
• Oracle Fusion ERP experience.

Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze inventory and freight reports to decipher data and to drive resolution for any discrepancies.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) is preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and Power point is preferred.
