Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a recent graduate to join our supply chain team in a hands-on role that covers inventory analysis, order fulfillment, and regional planning. You will work with data systems to support demand planning and prepare dashboards for leadership.

A four-year degree is required, with 0–2 years of related experience; PMP and CPSM certifications are preferred. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities within a dynamic team at Jobtailor.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant discipline (supply chain, manufacturing, operations, business administration)
• 0–2 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Certified Professional In Supply Management (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manages supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping
• Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities
• Supports the analysis conducted for backlog management
• Gathers demand data from country and region for demand planning
• Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit planning teams
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Establishes and maintains management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to drive business outcomes and operational excellence
• Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional business unit planning teams
• Conducts ongoing operational training and readiness for new hires

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
• Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations) (preferred)
