Job summary

ABL Recruitment in London is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join a high-performing carrier sourcing and logistics team on a 12-month contract. The role sits at the heart of a complex, international supply chain operation, focusing on carrier performance, cost efficiency and service quality.

You will work with operational, retail and cross-functional teams to optimise end-to-end flows, improve customer experience and support energy and cost efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience creating reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and senior leaders.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning.
• Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, QuickSight).

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement with carriers: identify and drive improvement plans with carrier partners.
• Operational problem-solving: advise on and manage challenges across the supply chain.
• Project support: plan and organise complex projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Stakeholder communication: prepare and participate in regular calls, reviews and workshops.
• Relationship management: develop strong relationships with line haul providers.
