Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Houston, ensuring timely fulfillment and quality service. You will plan schedules, guide a team, and ensure adherence to our quality policies and GXO 7S program.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, a logistics degree, and strong leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish and ISO/AS9100 exposure are a plus. A safety‑conscious, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience beneficial.
• Experience in AS9100/ISO environment is a plus.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience is desirable.

Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (it’d be great if you also have)
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (it’d be great if you also have)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (it’d be great if you also have)
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (it’d be great if you also have)
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (it’d be great if you also have)
