Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, oversee staffing, and ensure efficient order fulfillment in Houston.

You will train staff, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with leadership and other departments. A logistics background, two years in supervision, and flexibility for overtime are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with MS Office and scanner equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment preferred.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (it’d be great if you also have)
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (it’d be great if you also have)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (it’d be great if you also have)
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (it’d be great if you also have)
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (it’d be great if you also have)
