Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a supply chain receiving associate in the United States. You will segregate materials, verify receipts in ERP, and maintain labeling while supporting audits and vendor returns.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and proficient in MS Office. Some roles may require security clearance and flexible hours across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance if required.
• Strong attendance, flexible hours, and overtime readiness.
• Receiving or general supply chain experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Segregate material with documentation not sufficient for receipts.
• Assist with Drop-Ship and Ship-In-Place receipts as directed.
• Receives and verifies incoming items assuring items received are accurate in ERP system.
• Maintains labeling system on each stock item.
• Perform receiving duties such as auditing, preparing, and verifying paperwork.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills with follow‑up.
• Assist with receiving audits.
• Process vendor returns.
• Work with receiving inspection to ensure items are received accurately.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• May be cross-trained and perform in other areas of Supply Chain.
• Ensure company receiving practices, procedures, and requirements are followed.
• Assist with development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• May operate passenger vehicles to transport materials on company property.

Basic Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of relevant experience, or Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain a Security Clearance if required.
• Excellent attendance record with ability to work flexible hours and able to meet overtime requirements.
• Receiving or general Supply Chain operations experience preferred.
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Primary Level Salary Range

Primary Level Salary Range: $37,400.00 - $62,400.00
