Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field; plus 1 year in Asset Protection or related area.
• Option 2: 3 years' experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or EHS.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data and technology to identify problems and build dashboards for stakeholders.
• Propose business solutions with ROI or cost savings and design new processes.
• Support regulatory visits, prepare audit reports, and align with OSHA policies.
• Explain operational functions and document SOPs and OBW processes.
• Investigate security events, monitor access control, and analyze shrinkage reports.
• Communicate findings clearly to teams and leadership with structured reports.
• Influence teammates to act on recommendations and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate health and safety initiatives, educate staff on hazards and drills.
• Define critical workflows and coach others on process improvement.
