Job summary

Acosta is seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support growing operations in Atlanta. You will analyze supply chain data, manage inventory, and help optimize shipping and listing accuracy across brands, including Amazon items.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, reconciling data, preparing sales and inventory reports, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. 1 year in supply chain or similar role preferred; Excel proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Supply Chain, Logistics Coordination, Account Management or similar preferred
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management)
• Understanding of e-commerce and retail in a virtual environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Execute shipment processing and reconciliation on Amazon.
• Maintain and optimize current product listings across brands on FBA.
• Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data.
• Devise creative supply chain/shipping approaches and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners and external parties.
• Communicate solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly.
• Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance
