Job summary

Ageatia Technology Consultancy Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to support transportation operations, planning, inventory, and reporting.

The role focuses on data validation, system accuracy, performance analysis, and recurring reporting to improve efficiency and cost management. You will validate data in SAP and Access, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and collaborate with Customer Service and Planning teams to drive accuracy and cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, transportation, planning, reporting, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, nested formulas, data validation).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, enterprise reporting tools, or other data analysis applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Data Analyst to support transportation operations, supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain reporting. This role focuses on data validation, system accuracy, performance analysis, and recurring reporting to improve operational efficiency, service levels, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment, inventory, transportation, and supply planning data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel, Access, SAP data sources, and reporting tools to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.
• Support transportation cost tracking and financial reporting for transportation and warehousing expenses.
• Assist with domestic and cross-border transportation operations, including LTL/FTL shipments, shipment status monitoring, data validation, and timely transportation tendering.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Planning teams to resolve logistics issues and help prevent service disruptions.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and warehouse partners to investigate shipment discrepancies and operational issues.
• Validate, manage, and upload weekly supply chain planning data into SAP/APO systems for U.S. and Canadian operations.
• Execute and validate weekly supply planning transactions to support accurate supply plan generation.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system and data issues across SAP APO, ECC, and SNC in coordination with IT teams.
• Maintain documentation of business processes, reporting definitions, data logic, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automate recurring tasks, streamline reporting, and enhance supply chain performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, transportation, supply planning, reporting, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, nested formulas, and data validation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, enterprise reporting tools, or other data analysis applications is an advantage.
• Ability to learn and navigate complex enterprise systems and supply chain applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data discrepancies and technical issues clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage recurring reporting responsibilities while responding to urgent operational requests.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP TM, or SAP SNC.
• Understanding of transportation and supply chain planning processes, including LTL/FTL shipments, transportation tendering, planning runs, and shipment management.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of transportation KPIs, supply chain cost management, inventory planning, or network optimization.
• Experience supporting system testing, troubleshooting, process enhancements, or data-quality initiatives.
• Familiarity with 3PL providers, carriers, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
• Exposure to workflow automation, process improvement, and data-cleaning techniques.
