Job summary

PI Industries Ltd in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day U.S. supply chain and customer fulfillment.

You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, coordinate shipments, perform SAP transactions, and ensure on-time invoicing. You will also reconcile inventories, support production planning, procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

Job description

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the U.S. supply chain and customer fulfillment process. This role owns the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, inventory transactions are completed in SAP, and invoices are generated on time. Additional responsibilities include inventory reconciliations, logistics coordination, production planning support, purchasing activities and continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Customer Order Management

· Manage the complete order-to-cash process for the U.S. business.

· Review and process customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.

· Enter and maintain customer sales orders in SAP.

· Coordinate order fulfillment with third-party warehouses.

· Schedule outbound shipments with freight carriers.

· Monitor shipments through delivery and proactively communicate order status.

· Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer inquiries.

· Process goods issue and other inventory transactions in SAP.

· Generate and process customer invoices.

· Maintain accurate customer master and shipping information as needed.

· Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while meeting service expectations.

Logistics & Distribution

· Coordinate domestic shipments between warehouses and customers.

· Manage warehouse transfer orders and associated logistics.

· Work with warehouse partners to resolve receiving, inventory, and shipment discrepancies.

· Coordinate with freight providers to ensure timely deliveries.

· Monitor transportation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Inventory Management

· Perform monthly book-to-book inventory reconciliations with third-party warehouses.

· Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.

· Support annual physical inventories and financial audits.

· Monitor inventory accuracy within SAP.

· Maintain inventory records through timely and accurate transaction processing.

Production Planning & Procurement

· Support production planning activities to ensure product availability.

· Assist in developing production schedules based on customer demand.

· Coordinate raw material purchases to support manufacturing.

· Monitor material availability and supplier deliveries.

· Work closely with manufacturing to resolve production constraints.

· Support inventory replenishment planning.

SAP & Process Management

· Perform supply chain transactions within SAP.

· Maintain accurate master data where applicable.

· Ensure timely and accurate completion of inventory and logistics transactions.

· Develop and document standard operating procedures.

· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Cross Functional Collaboration

· Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics providers to support customer fulfillment.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support implementation of new supply chain processes and systems.

· Provide operational reporting and analysis as requested.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Experience:

· 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer operations, purchasing, manufacturing planning, or order management.

· Experience managing customer orders from receipt through invoicing.

· Experience coordinating shipments with warehouses and freight carriers.

· Experience with inventory management and reconciliation preferred.

· Experience working in the agricultural industry is strongly preferred.

· SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Computer Skills:

· SAP (preferred) or similar ERP system

· Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis)
