Job Details

We are seeking a talented and experienced Analyst of Supply Chain Modeling and Simulation to lead and collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of tools and strategies that enable more effective data-driven decision making. This individual will provide guidance through advanced analytics, modeling, and optimizing facilities within the Supply Chain. The Analyst should have a firm understanding of end-to-end distribution processes and analytical skills.

  • Create simulation models of our distribution centers to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to validate models and design scenarios for improvement.
  • Collaborate in developing a cost-to-serve model.
  • Implement and support new in-house modeling capabilities, including processes, tools, training.
  • Assist in creating business cases to close gaps and define capex requirements.
  • Provide advice on improving existing capabilities.
  • Design interactive business intelligence dashboards for input and output sharing.
  • Develop and train team members to utilize self-service modeling functionalities.
  • Stay updated with trends in modeling and simulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Quantitative Methods, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Hands-on experience with simulation and analytical tools.
  • Typically 1-3 years of related and responsible experience.
  • Project Management / Agile experience.
  • Skilled in communicating data-driven insights compellingly.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of simulation tools (AnyLogic, Arena, etc.) and Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience with data extraction and cleaning from Cloud Platforms and Supply Chain Tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative working style.
  • Growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills and tactful discretion.
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and identify appropriate levels of effort.
  • Ability to work well both face-to-face and remotely in a multidisciplinary environment.

Salary Range*

$56,500 - $83,270

*This range reflects a national average; actual salaries may vary by location, with up to 10% lower in certain states and up to 12% higher in others.
