What you will be doing as a Supply Chain (MCQI) - Continuous Improvement Intern: This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience across Meijer's Supply Chain organization and may lead to consideration for future full-time opportunities, including the Meijer Supply Chain Rotational Program. As an intern with Meijer Continuous Quality Improvement, or MCQI, you will work on projects focused on improving operational performance, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency throughout the supply chain. Interns will apply data analysis, structured problem solving, and project-management practices to evaluate business processes, engage stakeholders, and develop actionable recommendations that improve service, productivity, cost, safety, or team member experience. Because project needs vary from year to year, assignments may involve distribution operations, automation, material flow, process standardization, reporting, capital planning, or other continuous-improvement opportunities.
