Job summary

MATTR is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead warehouse operations and ensure on-time production and customer deliveries in a fast-paced environment. You will drive inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across shifts, partnering with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to optimize material flow.

The role requires a university degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, 5–7 years in manufacturing, and 7–10 years total experience with leadership

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• 7–10 years of overall experience preferred.
• Experience leading, scheduling, training, and developing warehouse employees.
• Practical knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, ERP transactions, cycle counting, discrepancy analysis, safety compliance, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping activities to maintain accurate inventory flow and support on-time production and customer deliveries.
• Lead, schedule, train, and develop warehouse staff across shifts, reinforcing safety and standard work.
• Improve inventory integrity through cycle counts and ERP transactions accuracy.
• Maintain safety compliance, conduct audits, reinforce 5S practices, and reduce risks in warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing and Customer Service to improve material flow and support system improvements.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding schedules, requirements, and delivery exceptions.
