Supply Chain Manager, Indirect Procurement

What To Expect
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to drive category management for indirect commodities across all North America business units. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to provide Tesla with optimal supply assurance, pricing, and delivery performance.

What You'll Do

1. Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies to achieve business objectives
2. Analyze spend, purchasing trends, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement
3. Manage RFI's, RFP's, and RFQ's to ensure commercial terms are agreed and documented
4. Negotiate and manage contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, general terms & conditions, and piece price agreements
5. Drive price negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and identify supplier consolidation opportunities
6. Continuously drive cost reduction and avoidance initiatives through ad hoc price negotiations and supplier selection

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years of related experience in procurement, supply chain, or consulting
• Fleet management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and negotiations
• Self-starter with ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding cost-reduction objectives

Expected Compensation: $82,800 - $151,920/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
