Two Roads Brewing Company in Stratford, CT is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, inventory planning, and production scheduling for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain, strong experience with ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel skills, and proven ability to optimize cost, throughput, and supplier performance while collaborating with Brewing, Packaging, QA, Logistics, Sales, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Operations within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for brewing ingredients, packaging materials, and production supplies.
• Develop and maintain production schedules that support customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage purchasing, inventory planning, production scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate daily production planning activities across Brewing, Packaging, Quality Assurance, and Logistics.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Monitor key performance indicators including inventory accuracy, supplier performance, production schedule attainment, and inventory turns.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, planning, and inventory management.
• Support new product launches, contract brewing operations, and other strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
