Job description

Movement Search & Delivery is conducting a search for a Supply Chain Manager with a company that is a global supplier of industrial components to the automotive, agricultural, and commercial vehicle markets. This is a direct-hire position and it is located around Lexington, KY.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
• Track, evaluate and report on KPIs.
• Communicate and work with external customers.
• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures and production scheduling.
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, develop product forecasts, and determine strategies.

What you need to succeed:

• * 3+ years experience as a Materials Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and/or Production Manager in a plant manufacturing environment
