Job summary

CivicMinds, Inc seeks an experienced supply chain and procurement leader to manage day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations in Southern California. You will partner with distributors, monitor inventory, and support new openings and menu launches.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and the ability to manage procurement, pricing updates, rebates, and supplier relationships in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience within multi-unit restaurants, foodservice, or hospitality.
  • Experience overseeing procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant inventory management, food cost, procurement, and supply chain systems.
  • Experience supporting new restaurant openings, menu launches, and operational rollouts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with R365 or similar restaurant technology platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day supply chain operations across multiple restaurants.
  • Partner with broadline distributors and suppliers to maintain product availability and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory, purchase orders, pricing, substitutions, and product gaps.
  • Manage distributor performance and supplier communications.
  • Support contracts, pricing updates, rebates, and renewals.
  • Coordinate supply chain readiness for new restaurant openings.
  • Support new menu launches, LTOs, catering programs, and system-wide product changes.
  • Maintain accurate order guides, product data, inventory records, and supply chain documentation.
  • Conduct pricing audits and identify cost-control opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance on rebates, accruals, reporting, and food-cost management.
  • Support quality, recall, and inventory recovery initiatives.
