Tier N Supply Chain MappingResponsible for mapping multi-tier (Tier N) supply chains across all customer programs.Implement standardized methodologies for:Supplier identification and relationship mappingTier linkage validation (Tier 1 Tier N)Data collection and verification processesMaintain up-to-date supply chain maps reflecting current sourcing structures and changes.2. Supplier Onboarding & Data CollectionOnboard of suppliers into digital mapping platforms, ensuring:Accurate facility-level data captureComplete Tier N disclosuresAlignment with OEM reporting requirementsEngage directly with suppliers to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and non-compliance.Ensure data readiness for audit, risk analysis, and customer reporting.3. Risk Identification & Supply Chain InsightsIdentify and flag:Chokepoints (concentration risks across multiple programs)Single-source suppliersGeographic and geopolitical exposure risksSupport crisis response activities with rapid supply chain visibility and impact analysis.4.
