Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking an experienced supply chain manager to lead daily Gemba walks, oversee analytics and metrics, and manage end-to-end SCM activities across planning, sourcing, production, and delivery.

The role involves building a formal SCM team in Warner Robins, GA and maintaining high accountability with an autonomous workforce. The successful candidate will have 3+ years leading diverse teams, strong ERP/MRP and BI tool experience, and knowledge of OKR reporting, inventory control,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may substitute
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• ERP/MRP knowledge preferred
• OKR reporting and operational/financial metrics knowledge
• Inventory management and control knowledge
• Experience with logistics, import/export and warehouse operations
• MS Power BI and Power Automate experience
• Microsoft Office fluent
• Technical writing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Gemba walks to understand SCM interface
• Create and report supply chain analytics and metrics (OTIF, OTP, risk assessments, unit cost, capacity)
• Lead recruitment, training and development of SCM team
• Lead S&OP forecasting and material requirements planning
• Coordinate demand with planning, sourcing, production, and delivery
• Manage supplier and customer issues
• Build formal SCM team in Warner Robins, GA
• Maintain accountability and morale in an autonomous workforce

• Create, read, and report on supply chain analytics and metrics (OTIF, OTP, risk assessments, unit cost, capacity, etc.)
• Conduct team management activities, including recruiting, training, development and corrections
• Perform sales and operations planning tasks, including forecasting
• Conduct material requirements planning
• Conduct production planning
• Manage customer and vendor issues
• Align supply chain activities including planning, sourcing, production, and delivery with demand
• Manage issues in supply and availability of material
• Measure operational and financial performance
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Coordinate daily with cross functional leadership in Program Management and Operations
• Build out formal SCM team in Warner Robins, Georgia
• Hold strong accountability while maintaining morale and an autonomous workforce is critical in this position
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Training:

• Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
• Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
• CPIM, CSCA, CSCP, or CPSM certification preferred

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience leading a diverse team of professionals
• Knowledge and experience with business systems such as ERP and MRP operation, optimization and development preferred
• In-depth knowledge of operational and financial metrics, OKR's and reporting
• Knowledge and experience with inventory management and control methodologies, best practices and reporting
• Understanding of domestic, foreign and government logistics and distribution practices and requirements
• Experienced and knowledgeable in Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse operations, inventory management, material/production planning and strategic/tactical purchasing
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power BI)
• Microsoft Office fluency
• Technical writing experience or knowledge is a plus

Security:

• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

Physical Requirements

• Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
• Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
• Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time

Salary:

The projected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
