The Position
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, purchasing, production planning, inventory management, customer service, warehousing, shipping, receiving, transportation, supplier management, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). Working closely with Sales, Operations, Production, and Finance, this role ensures the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, quality, and cost to support production, optimize inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service. The Supply Chain Manager drives OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance, inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a high-performing, accountable team and proactively managing supply chain risks to support business growth and operational excellence.
Pay: $129k to $145k

This individual builds strong partnerships across Sales, Operations, and Finance while driving S&OP, improving OTIF, optimizing working capital, and ensuring a reliable, cost-effective supply chain that supports profitable growth.
Work Environment -The position operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, iPads, phones, copiers and filing cabinets. The employee is occasionally exposed tofluctuating temperatures, loud noise,fumesor airborne particles and moving mechanical parts.
