Avis Budget Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to optimize fleet utilization and profitability across the servicing, damage repair, and in-fleeting/de-fleeting of rental vehicles. You will lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and drive performance against KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

You will forecast budgets, monitor financial drivers, and ensure safe operations while coordinating with fleet owners and external partners to align workload with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management experience in rental car, automotive shop, or service field.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to forecast, budget and manage financial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates operating plans to maximize fleet utilization and profitability.
• Directs maintenance, repair and reconditioning of fleet vehicles.
• Manages in-fleet and de-fleet processes, including vehicle deletion and sale channels.
• Sets and monitors KPIs for service, damage, in-fleet, and deletion performance.
• Oversees vendor relationships and workload to meet service levels.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, and performance management for managers and staff.
• Maintains safe work environment and ensures HR policies are followed.
