Global Enterprises in Texas seeks a Supply Chain Manager to develop, lead, and optimize all supply chain functions for an automotive-focused manufacturing facility. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Experience supporting automotive manufacturing operations, preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of JIT, JIS, Kanban, MRP, ERP systems, and demand planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize all supply chain functions, including procurement, planning, inventory control, customer service, logistics, and warehousing, to support business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that ensure efficient operations, on-time delivery, and strong supplier and customer performance.
  • Oversee S&OP, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management to maintain material availability and support uninterrupted production.
  • Manage supplier sourcing, performance, negotiations, and risk mitigation to ensure a reliable, cost-effective supply base.
  • Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, transportation strategies, and third-party logistics providers while supporting JIT/JIS delivery requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive industry standards, including support for new product launches and customer communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, cost reduction programs, process optimization, and supply chain digitalization efforts.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to improve delivery performance, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain effectiveness.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience
