Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Senior Supply Chain leader in the United States to oversee planning, procurement, warehousing and transportation, while optimizing service levels and inventory. You will partner with suppliers, operations, customer service, logistics and commercial teams to drive improvements and support plant performance.

The role requires 5+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing or warehousing, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency with SAP and WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with SAP and materials management systems; WMS experience preferred.
• Experience managing KPIs and driving operational improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

• Lead demand planning activities related to product launches, transitions, and business changes.
• Conduct supply chain business reviews with internal and external partners.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and staffing processes.
• Develop, mentor, and coach supply chain team members and leaders.
• Participate as a member of the plant leadership team in support of plant goals.

Job description

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead the plant's Supply Chain functions, including planning, scheduling, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and materials management. You will ensure service targets are achieved while optimizing inventory levels, logistics costs, and operational efficiency. You will partner with suppliers, operations, customer service, logistics, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and support plant performance.

Physical Requirements

More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities.

You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.

You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $109,000.00 - $155,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.

Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
