Job summary

A leading packaging company in North Carolina is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage supply chain operations and influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Supply Chain Management and at least 10 years of experience in Materials Management/Supply Chain, including 5 years in a management role. You will oversee production planning, ensure inventory levels meet customer requirements, and manage carrier performance. Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts, balancing manpower, equipment availability while minimizing executive material carrying and overhead costs.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to achieve on‑time deliveries and meet customer requirements while minimizing carrying and transportation costs.
• Manage and resolve slow‑moving/inactive inventory and develop plans to avoid write‑offs.
• Manage carrier interaction and performance as it relates to the inbound and outbound flows through the facility.
