Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive and project management and supply chain management experience spanning more than one discipline (including Services, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills; able to articulate financial impacts of supply chain decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives in a matrix organization.

• Attend weekly block meetings as Supply Chain representative.
• Maintain Project tracking list (Discovery, Pending Charters, Detail Accuracy and prioritization).
• Maintain block engagement on supply assurance, regulatory and cost savings activities.
• Provide visibility to Supply Chain initiatives, changes or interruptions affecting their block.
• Lead ideation for innovation and margin enhancement.
• Coordinate with other BUs and ensure alignment with Supply Chain Squad across projects.
