Job summary

The Clorox Company is offering a 3-year Rotational Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) based in Alpharetta, GA. You will rotate through Business, Manufacturing, and Technical roles, each 12 months, gaining broad exposure to supply chain functions and leadership development.

This program emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain teams. Travel and relocation may be required, with relocation for the manufacturing rotation as needed.

Qualifications

  • Recent or upcoming graduation from a 4-year university undergraduate program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering (or relevant).
  • GPA 3.0 or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Expand your knowledge through business experience in supply chain support activities (logistics analysis, order management, problem solving).
  • Gain manufacturing experience in one of our U.S. plants (process engineering, production supervision, continuous improvement).
  • Complete leadership programming and participate in cross-functional teams.

This rotation is intended to develop your leadership skills and will include supervisory responsibilityTechnicalComplete the SCLDP by honing your technical skills as a member of one of our Operations Services groups including but not limited to quality, continuous improvement, global technical services, external manufacturing, and capital project managementTechnical Track activities and experiences across all rotations require the ability to:Quickly get up to speed and deliver solid results in functional assignmentsComplete the Leadership Development programming requirements of an SCLDPParticipate in leadership learning & activitiesGain exposure to other facilities (internal & external) and cross-functional teamsActively seek leadership experiences inside and outside of the functionsWhat we look for:0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experiencePrevious Supply Chain or Engineering internship/work experience (preferred)Manufacturing experience (preferred)Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving resultsDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to effectively communicate ideas and build relationshipsApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employmentMinimum Education Level/Degree:Recent or upcoming graduation from a 4-year university undergraduate programBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant degreeNot currently enrolled in a Master’s degree programGPA Required 3.0 or higher (preferred)We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
