Job summary

Röchling Automotive in Akron, OH seeks an experienced Logistics Lead to optimize supply chain operations, plan internal and external flows, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining cost efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field required.
• 3–5 years in Materials Planning, Production Planning, SCM, and Warehouse Management (shipping & receiving)
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional logistics teams.
• Minimum 5 years automotive industry experience, preferably Tier 1 and injection molding.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, supplier, and logistics management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
