Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in East Lansing, Michigan invites seasoned SAP consultants to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA WAM implementations for utilities clients, covering field service, device/work management, and ISU integration. You will mentor teams, drive project delivery, and ensure quality within scope, budget, and schedule.

Preferred candidates have multiple end-to-end energy/utilities projects, strong leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 4 end-to-end SAP implementations in energy/utilities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA WAM and ISU.
• Knowledge of FSM, Mobility and WAM workflows.
• Leadership and project-management experience in consulting.

Job description

• Gas Utilities Implementation Experience: Understanding of Gas Transmission and Distribution operations, crew management, FERC accounting, regulatory requirements, capital construction, and GIS applications.
• Professional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on SAP expertise in SAP S/4HANA Work and Asset Management (WAM) with multiple commodities (e.g., electric, gas, water, wastewater), and with knowledge of the other WAM processes (Field Service Management (FSM), Mobility) and SAP ISU (Device/Work Management) with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations (two specifically in the Energy and Utilities Industry) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Nice to have skills:
• SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Experience with WAM business processes and workflows, and the ability to integrate these operations processes with SAP and other applications to provide end-to-end solutions.
• Leadership and Project Management Skills: Team leadership skills, including implementation methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities.
• AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with other Business Processes and SAP Modules: SAP MM, IM, WM, PM, and PS; SAP Industry for Utilities (ISU), SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerPlan.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
