Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related STEM major and enrolled through internship/co-op session.
• Experience delivering presentations in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide Expedite and open order report management support to the Buyers.
• Support the procurement team in creation and management of purchase orders.
• Assist in improving Supplier Payment Terms.
• Provide supplier invoices reconciliation support between Supply Chain and Finance.
• Provide Supplier Work Transfer Support.
• Assist in setting up new suppliers.
• Provide obsolescence and component risk mitigation support.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated experience delivering presentations in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.

Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

The salary range for this role is 42,000 USD - 88,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
