Akkodis Group is seeking a Recent MBA Graduate Supply Chain Management Fellow for a remote contract position with a client located in Bloomington, IN. The project is a combination of inputs from the Supplier and facilitated by inputs from a Provider and other organizations as needed depending on the scope of the project. You will also manage, investigate and adopt a discovery process to a specified project determined by our client. At the end of the project produce a whitepaper on the findings and recommendations for implementing the outlined project.

At the end of the project, the Fellow will produce a whitepaper on the findings and recommendations for implementing the outlined project, and present their findings at an industry meeting. This Fellowship is a unique opportunity to gain experiences within both the healthcare provider and supplier settings, and to simultaneously bring value to those organizations. A primary goal of the Fellowship is that upon completion of the 1-year Fellowship, the Fellow will have gained employment with a healthcare provider organization to help bring supply chain talent into that setting.

Salary Range: $35.00/hour - $38.46/hour. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Supply Chain Management Fellow job responsibilities include:

• Identify key stakeholders and understand business requirements associated with the project

• Mitigate against risks/issues which may impact project timelines taking action as necessary to avoid delays

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Provider such as, IT, CSD Regional Support Center, Quality Assurance, Finance and the Divisions when setting up or initiating a project.

• Monitor, track and communicate project progress in a structured and timely manner to the project sponsors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with a supply chain/operations focus in their MBA or Master's program

• We will also consider candidates with a business analysis or data analysis focus, or general MBA/Masters candidates who have a supply chain interest or background.

• Ability to prioritize workloads meet deadlines and follow up on issue

• Ability to maintain a project in forward movement with frequent adjustments, as necessary
