Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seattle is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to support the Flight Test Supply Chain team on the first shift. The role focuses on applying SCM methods, coordinating global supply chain activities and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in supply chain with ERP/SAP experience, BOM interpretation, and data-driven decision making. Strong collaboration and process improvement skills are valued.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • 5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, and presenting analysis/recommendations to management.
  • 1+ years of experience interpreting Bills of Materials.

Responsibilities

  • Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Applies SCM methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
  • Analyzes complex material requirements.
  • Verifies and incorporates Bills of Materials/schedules into a production plan.
  • Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability and ensures on-time delivery.
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies. Reports schedule adherence issues.
  • Optimizes inventory levels.
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories. Initiates audits.
  • Develops and creates schedules for products and services.
  • Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
  • Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
  • Works under general direction.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to support our Flight Test Supply Chain team located in Seattle, Washington on first shift.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions

  • Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain

  • Analyzes complex material requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

  • 5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data &presenting analysis / recommendations to management

  • 1+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience with CMES system (or equivalent non-conformance management system)
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production manufacturing environment
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Summary Pay Range:

$92,000 – $113,500
