Overview

Akkodis is seeking Analyst Contract with a direct client in Remote/Melbourne, FL

Pay Range: $50.00-$60.00 per hour. The rate may be negotiable within this range based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position: Analyst

Location: Remote/Melbourne, FL

Duration: 12+ months to hire

Responsibilities

• Perform spend classification and categorization, create Power BI dashboards to support Direct & Indirect category management team with insights to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports as per business requirements
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation, including querying Snowflake views
• Standardize data collection and reporting templates
• Conduct data analysis and present findings in a clear, actionable manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy with thorough validation and testing
• Support AI use case discoveries and partner with IT-Business Analytics team to implement AI usage to support supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis, spend classification, and business intelligence
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions to data-related challenges
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake and other database management systems
• Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes
• Excellent data visualization skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Technical proficiency in Python, or R is a plus
• Awareness/familiarity with AI usage
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook; Excel; Teams; SharePoint)
