Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a Sr. Manager–equivalent for Supply Chain Logistics & Distribution Process Expert in a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA with some travel.

You will lead transformation, governance, and optimization of logistics operations across the organization, driving end-to-end improvements and scalable capabilities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in logistics, strong experience with WM/TM, ERP/SAP implementations, and a proven track record of delivering process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse management, distribution operations, or supply chain transformation roles.
• Experience supporting ERP, WMS, TMS, or SAP S/4HANA logistics implementations.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and implementation of logistics and distribution process requirements across warehousing, transportation, and network operations.
• Support the design, optimization, and deployment of WM and TM solutions within enterprise supply chain environments.
