  • Identify and execute processes and KPIs for supply chain customer service activities across OU/OA, including stakeholder engagement, feedback to category teams, savings alignment with local finance/leadership, local catalogue support, pay term analysis, Works Council support, supplier performance, contract loading, renewals analysis, and local contracts with legal/local language support.
  • Identify and implement processes and KPIs for local non-catalog spend management, including low-value procurement, local language negotiations, creating local agreements/price lists, identifying new suppliers, and driving standard work for sourcing analysts; work to increase catalog coverage (target: 80% of parts cataloged).
  • Provide leadership for the GBS team in EMEA managing Source to Pay, monitoring KPIs and supporting escalations.
  • Develop and execute an outsource GBS solution for tail spend management across the field and indirect EMEA supply chain.
  • Lead the EMEA centralized support platform “Service Now” including development, maintenance, reporting and analysis tasks.
  • Support deployment of purchasing tools locally (e.g., FRS catalogue tool, Market Dojo e-tender tool, IDOT supplier onboarding tool) and participate in testing, deployment, change management and training.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to convert local non-catalog purchases into standard catalogs.
What’s on offer
