Work side by side with business leaders to solve complex client challenges and make a true impact. Love what you do as part of a diverse organization committed to collaboration and continuous learning.

The Team - Supply Chain Advisory & Transformation

Join a team of talented professionals with deep supply chain, operations, and transformation experience to help clients solve complex business challenges and unlock measurable value. We partner with organizations ranging from growth-stage and middle-market companies to leading enterprise brands to design and execute transformation initiatives across supply chain planning, operations, inventory, procurement, and enabling technology.

Our team supports clients through strategic assessments, operating model design, process transformation, technology enablement, and execution support. We bring an advisory mindset with a practical, hands‑on approach, helping clients move from idea to implementation in ways that improve service, reduce cost, increase agility, and strengthen decision‑making.

Your Impact
  • Work with a diverse set of commercial clients ranging from growth and mid‑size companies to leading enterprise Fortune 100 brands.

  • Translate business goals into actionable transformation initiatives, including process, operating model, governance, data, and technology recommendations.
  • Leverage a "roll‑up your sleeves" style to support both strategy development and execution of client initiatives, including pilots, PMO/workstream leadership, and implementation readiness.
  • Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements with high quality, strong client experience, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, solution shaping, and oral presentations).
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with client stakeholders at all levels that are based on integrity, trust, and delivery excellence.
  • Contribute thought leadership on the implications of market trends such as AI‑enabled planning, supply chain digitization, network volatility, data quality, operating model evolution, and risk/resilience.
  • Help develop and scale internal capabilities, methods, and reusable assets that strengthen the firm’s service offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of progressive experience across supply chain and operations, including a combination of:

  • Performance improvement tied to service, inventory, working capital, forecast accuracy, cost, throughput, and productivity
  • Experience assessing current-state processes, identifying root causes, and building pragmatic future-state roadmaps
  • Prior experience working directly with and advising Director/VP/C‑Level executives, including presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, communication skills, and emotional intelligence
