Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp is launching the Parker Parflex Supply Chain Internship Program to develop emerging talent through hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end materials flow in a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with planning, purchasing, production, logistics, and quality to ensure on‑time delivery and optimized inventory, with measurable goals and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Systems Engineering.
• Leadership experience demonstrated through roles in class, student organizations, work or internships.
• Interest in working in a manufacturing environment.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Geographic mobility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of various department operations, functions, responsibilities and workflow.
• Observe work assignments and actively participate in hands‑on projects.
• Maintain communication with program coach/mentor to provide feedback on assignments.
• Attend related training and apply it in work assignments.
• Perform other related responsibilities.
