Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle USA is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to partner with the North America Supply Chain team, understand hourly workforce needs, and craft targeted internal content across sites in Erlanger, KY and Rockford, IL. You’ll support HR programs, engagement, and culture initiatives while aligning with broader company messaging.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, 2–3 years in internal communications, and strong writing/editing skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or HR Business.
2-3 years experience in internal communications.
Experience in corporate internal communications or agency support for internal programs.
Knowledge of HR communications and shop floor communications preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with HRBPs and Operations/Supply Chain managers to align with internal communication programs.
Measure and improve Supply Chain employee communications and channels.
Act as newsroom for plant/site stories from Erlanger, KY and Rockford, IL.
Develop annual Supply Chain communications calendar and content plans.
Create content for Ops town halls and internal newsletters.
Assist in emergency communications and urgent notifications.
Travel up to 20% to Rockford, IL.
