The J.M. Smucker Co. is offering a Supply Chain Internship in Orrville, OH.

This hybrid role blends onsite office time with structured mentor-led learning and hands-on project work across Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement, Planning, Analytics, and Customer Supply Chain initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to cost-savings projects, KPI-driven decision making, and collaboration across multiple functions while enjoying housing stipends and campus-style perks during a Fortune 500

Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior standing with coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Analytics and AI experience; adaptable with creative problem solving.
• Strong communication skills across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally across the Supply Chain organization and with internal and external partners to support day-to-day business needs and strategic projects.
• Utilize data analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.

Your Opportunity as a Supply Chain Intern

As an intern within ourSupply Chainorganization, responsibilities will vary based on your position. You will have the opportunity to assistinone of the following areas:Corporate Transportation, Corporate Warehousing, Customer Logistics, Commodities and Procurement, Supply Planning,Supply Chain Analytics, and Customer Supply Chain Initiatives.

Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

• Collaborate cross-functionally across the Supply Chain organization and with internal and external partners to support day-to-day business needs and strategic projects.
• Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and contribute to projects focused on process optimization and cost savings while partnering with stakeholders to develop recommendations and deliver results.

What we are looking for:

• ASophomore or Junior standing in school with requisite educational experience in Supply Chain,Logistics,Operations Management oranotherrelevant field
• Awell-roundedskill setincluding analytics and AI experience, adaptability, and creative problem solving
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with individuals across multiple functions.
