Rocket Lab USA is seeking a Supply Chain Intern at our Long Beach, CA site. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to source and procure parts worldwide, manage supplier relationships, and identify cost-reduction opportunities to support space hardware delivery.

The role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to participate in engineering and industry talks.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctorate program in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operations Management and have at least one semester remaining after the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of supply chain.

As aSupply ChainIntern based at Rocket Lab's site in Long Beach, California, you will have the opportunity tobe a part of a multidisciplinary team thatis responsible forsourcing and procuringparts over the world,managing supplier relationships and finding opportunities to reduce costs where possible, andthedeliveryof critical hardware to support space systems and launch products.

• As an intern, you will work closely with your mentor and other employees within the department to apply your knowledge and grow your skills both technically and professionally

YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctorate program inan engineering discipline,SupplyChain,BusinessAdministration,orOperation Managementand have at least one semester of school remaining post internship.

• GPA of 3.0 or above.

• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas ofsupply chain.

THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE

• GPA of 3.5 or above.

• 6+ months of corporate function experience within the areas ofsupply chain.

• Knowledge of the 5S principles

• ExperiencewithSQLand/orPowerBI

• Proficient in Excel

• Six Sigmaand Infor LNExperience

• Knowledge of warehouse operations

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning January, February, or March 2027

COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS

• Pay Range CA: $25.00 USD Hourly

• You may be eligible for a stipend to subsidize relocation costs

Level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
