Qualifications

• Completion of at least sophomore year of study by summer 2027.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier procedures to confirm conformance to best practices.
• Collaborate with current suppliers to document capabilities and ensure qualifications.
• Review inventory reports from multiple systems and address aged inventory issues.
• Manage inventory reports and seek ways to combine or improve data.
• Collaborate with potential new suppliers and complete required documents.
• Review information to assess adding suppliers as a new source.
• Review supplier invoices and assist in calculating charges back to suppliers.
